Alienware offers ATI's Mobility Radeon X800

Alienware said it now ships its Area-51m 7700 and MJ-12m 7700 mobile workstations with ATI's Mobility Radeon X800 PCI Express graphics chip. The devices are equipped with 256 MByte GDDR3 memory and can be chosen instead of the standard GeForce 6800 go graphics processor for the same cost. The Area-51m 7700 is priced from $2450, the MJ-12M is available from $2300. (THG)
