will it work?

am getting a x1950xt soon and most likely need a new psu.

system specs
biostar tforce 6100 (am2)
sempron 2800+ oc'ed to 2.6ghz
2gb G. Skill HZ
and soon to be x1950xt
4 120mm 130cfm fans
3-4 80mm led fans
4 cold cathodes (have them, not even in yet though)

what's the cheapest psu that will get me by for awhile

right now i have a fortron 400w. i highly doubt that it's enough
