led's

i might want to wire up some led's, about 15-20 of them. no idea where to go from here . want to wire all in one row (sequence?)

Wire them in parallel. You must put resistors on them otherwise they will burn out pretty fast.

Here is a good site I found a while back on wiring LEDs

I also use this calculator when finding resistor values. It's about the best I've seen and is pretty accurate. Pay close attention to the resistor wattage required otherwise the resistor will be EXTREMELY hot and it will burn the piss out of you. Don't ask why I know that

Notice there is a link on that calculator page for a multi-led array calculator.

And id wire a switch in their to back in college i had to do that wired up lots of lcds with resistors and transistors. Don't remmber all i did now but i had lcds blinking from 1 side to other side 1 by 1.
